Powder Coating
MTM’s 900-foot automated powder coating line sports a 4000+ lb. weight capacity, up to 8″ thick steel product, and an environmental room with automated and manual capabilities
During the powder coating process, we pretreat product using a 5-stage washing system, charge the powder with an electrostatic charge and apply powder at any required thickness. Our Infrared heating oven cures product to make a durable, corrosion-resistant skin that meets specifications for John Deere, CNH, and Caterpillar.
Laser Cutting
Laser cutting can drastically improve your facility’s productivity and quality. Allowing your team to work with consistent variables maximizes your productivity and provides a smoother workflow. Multi-purpose lasers can be programmed to cut a wide variety of materials. Our engineers will nest your parts to maximize productivity and lower your costs.
Our Bystronic CNC laser tables allow for up to ¾” thick, high speed, high precision cutting at cost-effective rates. By combining the accuracy of computers with the knowledge and expertise of our top technicians, we provide high-quality results. We see ourselves as an extension of your own facility.
Liquid Coating
Our liquid coaters have done everything from aerial agricultural painting to body shop prep and finish. They bring a wide array of skills and experience to our quality-controlled facility. With two semi-sized down-draft booths, overhead cranes, and pretreatment readily available, we take care of clients in a variety of ways.
Fabricators
Our metal fabrication shop takes pride in our craft. We offer great lead times and products built to specification.
- Dozens of overhead cranes ranging from 2 ton to 15 ½ ton.
- Steel and aluminum welding with Hardox certified welders.

Sandblasting
Using the power of air pressure, our sandblasting expels unwanted contaminants like grease, dirt and rust that would otherwise weaken the bond of the finish. Our dedicated sandblasting booth is fully equipped with an overhead door, a Clemco sandblast system, air supply tank and clear lighting to effectively prep most products.
CNC Mill, Lathe, and Forming
Our CNC lathe cutting services ensure a high degree of accuracy, with little waste. Our CNC programmer keeps projects on track and machined efficiently. Whether you need one part or a thousand, MTM is ready to create the reliable parts needed.
